What the hell is wrong with that? Yeah, the photo was very famous. It was taken in Times Square when the Japanese surrender was announced. He was just extremely happy he'd survived the biggest war in the history of mankind. Every aspect of life had been channeled into winning that war for 5 years so he was overjoyed at it finally being over. The left though has to rewrite history to make it align with their ideology.
