This change will most likely not be seen this year, however it should be known that this subject has a direction which includes our everyday lives. There is no doubting that COVID is real, that part is not a conspiracy. For me, I think we all just need to be more considerate of each other. If you’re sick, don’t go out and spread it. If you were around a sick person, let others know that you interact with. Also, our jobs should better support sick leave and the health concerns of their staff, i.e., don’t come to work if you are sick. If you have the opportunity to work from home, take it. Go back to letting people accrue sick time instead of this STD (short term disability) nonsense or in addition to.
