And for not doing your job... You should have asked that why don't they go to school? Why do they follow their culture what contains that stealing is normal? Why are hungarian prisons filled up with romas around 96%? I let you know the solution what the biggest hungarian non-profit organization is doing: schools with student accomodations where the roma kids can move in so they can be separated from home...at least for five days a week.
