Both said they wouldn’t be having the vaccine as they heard it can make you ill. I interrupted them saying Covid can make you dead!! Working for the ambulance service, we’ve been called to many that have been adversely affected by Covid-19, but none yet as a result of having a vaccine. For the greater good, take the vaccine as and when it offered to you. So many people missing the point. There are many groups who believe they deserve priority but it’s about risk of serious illness & death. It’s done by age for that reason. If you’re a twenty or thirty something shop worker/school teacher etc., statistically you’re very unlikely to be seriously ill or die. Yes there will be a very few exceptions, but the vast majority of serious illness or death is in the older population or those with health conditions, which is why they’re being vaccinated first.
