Let me ask you 1st who is making dirt around their neighborhood, why they are constantly giving birth to kids that don't deserve that kind of life. Who is responsible for their misery and poverty? In a sense I am not sorry for them at all, knowing Roma people who are completely capable to find a way to stay clean, study (it is free education in Bulgaria), not stealing, getting work and being normal human being living as the rest of the population...so somehow there is a solution for them. They just need discipline and education. In this day + age + given all the people who run the country aren't living like this. When did it ever become the rule that all leaders have to have the best of everything?
